Pegasos is located a short 15 minute drive from the centre of Basel making access by private car, taxi or Uber quite simple.
Basel Euro Airport is a small regional airport and is located 13km (15 minute drive) from the centre of Basel.
During COVID-19 international travellers are best advised to fly into Zurich. There is a direct train service to Basel’s main train station Basel SBB

Need to Know about Basel
Switzerland’s national currency is Swiss Francs with the symbol CHF.
ATMs abound in Switzerland, as do banks so exchange of currency is never an issue.
Business hours in Switzerland are generally 9am – 5pm weekdays with shopping also generally open on Saturdays. On Sundays in Basel almost everything is closed, and this includes most restaurants.
Food & drink is generally quite expensive in Switzerland (compared to other countries), so this may need to be taken into account.
