Become a Pegasos supporter
Pegasos welcomes support from people of all ages and nationalities, worldwide.
- Becoming a Pegasos Supporter is a voluntary way to help sustain our mission. The annual supporter contribution of CHF 100 is entirely optional. Your support is deeply appreciated but not required to apply for a VAD.

Apply for a VAD
A VAD application is an actual request for a Voluntary Assisted Death (VAD) at Pegasos in Basel, Switzerland.
Costs
A VAD at Pegasos costs ~ CHF 10,000, which is divided into two payments. The first payment, referred to as the deposit, is due when you apply for VAD. The second payment is required when you are ready to schedule your VAD date. Please refer to our refund policy
1. Join
To apply for VAD, you need to create a login. You also have the option to become a supporter.
2. Login
You can then log in to our website and be guided by our step-by-step online application process.
3. Submit
Once your application, including the initial deposit payment, is submitted, Pegasos will begin processing your application.
When you upload your information: Please fill in the boxes where we ask for your information that we need, to generate your biography with and your data sheet. Please upload for now only: your newest medical records and a scan or good photograph of your passport. For all further steps (see below) you will soon be helped by your Dossier Supervisor.
Provide the personal details requested at the start of the application. These details are used to generate your biography, application, and personal data sheet.
