There looks like there has been a problem with your credit card?
Here a few points to consider:

  • Please make sure that you have unlocked international online purchases via your bank or credit card company. Our payment provider is called Stripe and is located in Switzerland.
  • Some banks or credit cards require a so called security password (or token code or 3D secure verification) in order to place online purchases. This additional security feature is independent from Pegasos Swiss Association and needs to be set up with your card issuer.
    We have received feedback that in some cases anti-virus softwares interfere with 3D verification. Please check with your anti-virus software provider or try disabling it temporarily.
  • The billing address must match the billing address of your credit card.
  • Cards are accepted only if they have a 16 digits number on the front and a 3 digits CVC code number on the back of the card.
