1. Review
Upon completion of an online VAD application, the Pegasos team thoroughly reviews every application
2. Timing
Approval times can vary based on the specific circumstances and volume of applications.
3. Approval
Approval will be communicated via email, followed by phone contact with your designated member of the Pegasos team.
4. Scheduling
On approval, a mutually-acceptable VAD calendar date can be set.
VAD Arrival
- It is necessary that you arrive at our recommended hotel at least a day before the VAD date
- This extra day is necessary for consultations with the Pegasos team and for paperwork to be viewed for the last preparations
