My mom was a very relational person, always seeking connection and friendship. You struck just the right balance of warmth and support, with clear professionalism. Likewise, the team brought that same sense to their work in such a fashion that I could tell she felt she was surrounded with care and love. Words simply cannot express what an extraordinary gift it was for our beloved mom to be able to end her life on her terms with such grace.
